Sometimes I just have to say it. Which is why I created this blog years ago.
My plans have grown for this blog...since I watch so little actual TV these days it seemed more appropriate to include commentary on anything I consume on a screen.

My plans have grown for this blog...since I watch so little actual TV these days it seemed more appropriate to include commentary on anything I consume on a screen.
Here are the screens currently in my house :
- LG projector in the living room (105" projection TV/Roku/Chromecast and Uverse 300)
- 42" LCD television in the bedroom (with OTA antenna, Roku/Chromecast)
- 24" LED television in the bedroom (unplugged)
- 22" Android tablet on the kitchen wall
- 22" Acer LED monitor (attached to a Chromebox)
- Kindle DX
- Kindle (small one not the paperwhite)
- Nexus 10
- Nexus 7
- Samsung Infuse 4G used as a music player
- Galaxy S4 as my cell phone
Quite ridiculous really. I live in a 800 sq ft condo! But then again, I'm a single guy. :)
All that being said, don't expect alot here. I watch a lot of bad TV. My current list of favorite shows (watching online or DVR)
- Dance Moms
- Bring It
- Kim of Queens
- Masterchef
- Hells Kitchen
- Barefoot Contessa
- Big Bang Theory
- Family Guy/American Dad
- Project Runway
- Rachel Maddow Show
- RuPaul's Drag Race
I LOVE the app Pocket Casts on Android! I use it to stream and sync playback with my favorite podcasts:
- Windows Weekly
- This Week in Tech
- This Week in Google
- Security Now
- What's the T
I also recently finished reading the Martian by Andy Weir. Excellent book. I've decided I love reading using the Kindle app on my Nexus 10 the best, with my little Kindle in second place.
I learned from reading that book why I don't read much fiction. When I get sucked into the story I can't put the book down and read for hours at a time. Not good if you want to have a productive weekend!
